Players and clubs are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, videos, and images they upload to their profiles. You warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You own or have the rights to all uploaded content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sports & Agency Platform or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

6. Betting and Gambling

Betting tips provided on this platform are for informational purposes only. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of betting predictions
• Accept responsibility for betting losses
• Encourage irresponsible gambling
